Personal Freedom and the Role of GovernmentI believe that smaller government is better government. I will work to limit the size and scope of government so that it does not infringe on our rights as citizens. Government needs to get out of the way and let the American entrepreneur create jobs and grow the economy.

TaxesAs a lifelong Wisconsin resident it grieves me that Wisconsin is on the list of the top ten highest taxed states. As a legislator I would work to reduce the tax burden on families and businesses. I would like to see Wisconsinites keeping their hard-earned money and deciding for themselves what they do with it. It is your money, not the government's.

Spending - BudgetI believe the government should keep a balanced budget as a top priority. A family or business who spends beyond their means will struggle a lot; this is the same with government.

2nd Amendment RightsI am a proud member of the NRA and support measures to protect out 2nd amendment rights. While the people of Wisconsin use guns for hunting and self-defense, the purpose of the 2nd Amendment is to defend against a tyrannical government.
